Cetatea Poenari, construită de Vlad Țepeș în sec.XV pe un vârf de 800m deasupra defileului Argeșului, este cetatea reală a personajului istoric care a inspirat mitul lui Dracula. Cele 1480 de trepte până sus și priveliștea spre lacul Vidraru fac urcarea memorabilă.
