Mânăstirea Curtea de Argeș, construită de Neagoe Basarab între 1512-1517, este una dintre cele mai frumoase bijuterii arhitecturale din România. Dantelăria de piatră a exteriorului, turnul răsucit și mormintele regale (Carol I, Ferdinand I) o fac unică.
