Mânăstirea Cobia, fondată în sec.XVII, este un lăcaș monahal cu o arhitectură tradițională moldovenească transplantat în Câmpia Munteniei. Pictura valoroasă a lui Pârvu Mutu (cel mai important pictor muntenesc din sec.XVII) și atmosfera de sat vechi o fac specială.
