Ansamblul Evanghelic Saxon din Bistrița, cu Biserica Evanghelică din sec.XIII (1280-1563) și Turnul Evangelicilor, este cel mai important monument al comunității saxone bistrițene. Arhitectura gotică, interiorul cu picturi medievale și orga barocă documentează 800 de ani de prezență saxonă.
